Papers and Abstract
Experts from academia, industries and venture capital firms are invited to present contemporary information from current research through commercial implementation of new technologies and the strategic direction of venture capitals. If you would like to submit a paper at this congress, please send us an abstract of your recent work for consideration. This congress is the presentation of technological advances and research results in the fields of a wide range of experimental approaches, and commercial implementation of new Petroleum Microbiology and Biotechnologies. Each contribution will be rigorously reviewed by at least two experts who are either members of the Advisory Board or are recruited by board members. When your paper is accepted, it will be published in the congress proceeding or recommended to corresponding professional Journals.

- PREPARATIONS - PAPER ABSTRACT
All speakers have the opportunity to write a short abstract of what they present on their research work. Please send your Abstract by E-mail to the attention of mary@bitpetrobio.comSelected Abstracts will be listed on the conference website after acceptation.

- YOUR WRITTEN PRESENTATION
Please prepare your presentation in English language. The absolute deadline to include your presentation in the Conference Proceedings is March 15, 2011. We need to receive your paper in our office on or before this date! PAPERS RECEIVED AFTER THIS DATE CANNOT BE INCLUDED IN THE PRINTED CONFERENCE PROCEEDINGS. Please submit your paper in the format of Microsoft Word and email it to mary@bitpetrobio.com. If you need to make changes or withdraw your abstract/title from the program BEFORE THE CONFERENCE, please contact us by sending email to mary@bitpetrobio.com

Please present in the following manner: Times New Roman, Exactly 15pt , 10, plain, bold Your paper will contain the following

● Name, occupation, employer of speaker.
● Personal resume of speaker, published under the heading, " About the Author "
● Abstract.
Your paper will be printed as you deliver it, please make sure that all material is of a representative quality. Your paper should not exceed the limit of 1 A 4 page in length.
To use copies of overheads or powerpoint slides as your written paper is NOT ACCEPTABLE.
- YOUR ORAL PRESENTATION
Digital presentation
For your oral presentation you may bring a PowerPoint file on a CD or USB flashdrive (memory sticks). The organizers will copy these files on the general lap-top for beamer projection. All oral presenters are required to submit an electronic version of their presentation by 7:00 pm of the day prior to their presentation on site in the registration desk. All presentations will be scanned for any viruses and subsequently loaded on the main projector computer for the following day's presentations. Any changes to a file prior to its presentation must be made through Registration Desk. Authors are strongly encouraged to bring an additional electronic copy for added security against unanticipated software/hardware anomalies.
Use of your own laptop is not recommended
● Movies: If movies are in your Power Point files, please make sure that they are well formatted and connected to the main files.
● Timing: Please make sure your paper is well timed, and is within the allocated time slot in the program. Every speaker has a max. Of 20 minutes total, incl. speaking time & discussion. Please consider that the program is full and that the speaker after you would also like their allocated time available to them.
Submission Guidelines
Abstracts (overviews) are limited to 300 words in length, and must be presented on a single page. Time allotted for oral presentations will be 20 to 30 minutes, as determined by the committee. Presentations must present new data of professional or scientific interest to the Petroleum Microbiology R & D or E& P Experts.
The author must certify that no prior copyright or IP issue or ownership applies to their paper. Once a presentation is accepted, content may not be significantly revised prior to presentation at the annual conference. The congress is not responsible for any copyright and IP issue, but authors himself or herself.
Each abstract submission will include a computer diskette (or email attachment). Submissions and supporting diskettes and documentation will not be returned to you.
Timely submission will allow the committee an early decision regarding your paper or abstract.
The document should be in Microsoft Word (*.doc), the document should be named as author's name, the content should be in English and author's autobiography is obligatory.
The paper should be attached by author's name, telephone number, detail address of affiliated institution, post code and e-mail address.
