Posters

All accepted posters will be exhibited at the exhibition hall during all days of the conference. You will be notified if your abstract has been accepted for poster presentation as soon as it has been reviewed by the organizing committee. All accepted posters will be presented at Poster Viewing Session during the conference.
Materials to hang your posters with will be available at the poster area. Set up time TBA. You will receive your poster number 4-6 weeks prior to the conference.
Your presence near it, if possible, is kindly requested during lunches and coffee breaks for discussion.
All poster abstracts should be submitted electronically, by February 15, 2010 to kalin@bitpetrobio.com

Poster Abstracts Format:

  1. The regular poster size is 70cm (width) x 90cm (height)
  2. Title in block capitals with initial word
  3. Author (s) and principal affiliations, with the presenting author named first
  4. Abstract text with no more than 500 words
  5. A list of references is optional (no more than 5)
  6. The text must be typed in single line spacing in black using less than 12 pitch characters.
  7. Video play should be within 15 minutes

Time: April 12-14, 2010
Venue: Chengdu, China
All posters must be settled by each participant on the designated Exhibition Hall on the 12th of April and removed by April 14th, 2010. For identification purposes, a poster code number is required for each poster presenter. Poster may be viewed during the entire meeting and authors can present during participant's visit. The Poster Sessions will be divided as the following six parts:

In regard to limited space for poster presentations, above six parts may be re-allocated to different days if applications are overloaded. Your presentation date will be informed 4-5 weeks before the opening of the congress.

Poster Duration and Frequency

·The poster sessions are designed as a unique networking event as shown in the hall along the conference or by side of cocktail party
·Usually one posters can only present at one field at a time, but not limited to the different areas you want to post, but minimum cost will be charged
·If you have more than one poster presentation, you have to pay $100 each for facility renting and space and operation cost
·If you want to show your posters along the congress, you have to provide $200 for basic maintaining cost at the convention center
