Fracturing a certain part of high-temperature oil production well (140-150℃) at an oilfield with biological enzyme breaker will increase in yield. Gas production increased steadily in S1 layer fracturing test of test well, daily gas production of up to 3.8 × 105m3 / d. Pressure stays low with low water output during the process. By using binomial Pressure Quadratic method, the calculated result of open-flow capacity is 1.27×106m3/d.
Control well S2 and K1 layer test result gives 2.86×105m3/d sprayed under pressure. By using binomial Pressure Quadratic method, the calculated result of open-flow capacity is 5.59×105 m3/d. The cumulative water output is 68.34 m3; S2 and K2 has daily gas production at 3.67×105m3/d and oil pressure 20.09MPa, binomial Pressure Quadratic method leads to open-flow capacity at 5.55×105m3/d. Gas production in biological enzyme fracturing fluid breaker test wells was significantly higher than the control wells, indicating fracturing fluid containing the biological enzyme breaker play an effective stimulation effect in yield increase of gas well, help to improve oil recovery.
